$1000 is needed for registration fees for the conference, transport and other costs.

URGENCY

The funds are needed as early as possible and before the date of 18th November, 2018 in order for the participant to confirm attendance and also prepare for the journey. Without the money the participant will not attend the above mentioned conference.

NEED

The money is needed for:

  1. Registration fee to the conference ($300)
  2. Air ticket to and from Nairobi, Kenya (Estimated to be a fluctuation fee of $550)
  3. Ancillary costs for medical insurance, visa and other unforeseeable costs (Estimated to around $250)

CAUSE FOR THE FUND-RAISE

The fund-raise is for attendance to the YOUTHSPARK PAN-AFRICAN CONFERENCE 2018. The conference will be held from 19th to 20th November, 2018 where you will be among over 100 most innovative and brilliant youth found deserving to be part of this one-of-a-kind dialogue for the youth organized by Africa’s youth. The theme of the conference “From Africa to the World: Exploring youths potentials in developing the continent” will focus on Sustainable Development Goals 4, 8 and 9. This will be an excellent opportunity for networking with like-minded youth and interacting with eminent business and political leaders from across Africa in a dialogue aimed at enhancing the sustainable economic and social development in Africa.
