Pine Bluff Empire was created and founded by LaDreka Rauls in 2019. A young black mid- age entrepreneur from Arkansas has went through many trails and tribulations trying to build an undeniable Empire with only a vision and a pray. Understanding the feeling of not having a Listening Ear or no one to vent to inspired LaDreka Rauls Founder that she had to do something by stepping out on faith to be an organization that will allow everyone a chance to vent.
