The trash in these rivers is immense and mostly its out of sight so people don't realize it's there polluting our environment.  Truck loads of tires have been dumped and often older metals are coated with lead based paint and others are just rusting away.  Bicycles and shopping carts etc are stolen and thrown in on a regular basis.  Plastics are often blown in from high winds but larger pieces are also thrown in by uncaring individuals.

By donating this work can be started in 2021.  By having the many municipalities paying for this service it could take years of getting everyone on the same page and then trying to allocate funds to do so.  This would lead to sporadic participation with some areas not getting involved.  Therefore areas of these rivers not being cleaned up will contribute to poisoning everything downstream along the way.

S.A.R.  (Species at Risk) in these rivers is by the dozens and they need our help to survive.  Even the very water that our livestocks drink and our crops are watered with may come from these rivers.

To accomplish these goals there is a need for a tow vehicle for trailer, two trailer mounted lift cranes with winches, underwater sonar to identify what needs to come out and wages for two to three employees.  Operating insurance requirements are for 5 million liability that most if not all regions require when working from their bridges.

This work will commence at the start of each year when the ice melts and run until the ice returns.

This targeted amount will go towards the first level of equipment needed which is trailer winch/crane and sonar for locating the items under the water.

Your donations will go towards purchasing the equipment and staff needed to start at the beginning of the Sydenham River and working to its end in Lake St. Clair , approximately 165 kms The Thames River runs 273 kms and empties also in Lake St. Clair. This may take several years to accomplish.

This new company is about cleaning debris from our waterways below the waterline. If there is a bridge over a waterway, someone has thrown something in that doesnt belong. Utilizing underwater Sonar, items like metals, plastics and tires will be removed and taken to recycling facilities.
