The Institute for Cultural Communicators exists to solve a real world problem. We need leaders. We need character driven, competent and community connected leaders. Students don't get all three in just a simple speech class. They need a safe environment to practice all the skills together. At ICC, we train the whole person. We do not believe that only some students need these skills- we know that ALL students and adults need these vital skills.
82% of employers think graduates are unprepared. 74% of students feel education failed to ready them for the real world. . Despite the statistics, We have hope. We empower Students Today with Real World Skills in Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, & Cultural Intelligence. Normally referred to as soft skills, research has confirmed they are actually vital skills. In order to make this training available to any eligible student, we rely on scholarship funds. This particular fund will help the 2020 Traveling Interns receive high level training and real world practice as they travel the globe putting on Immersion conferences for 6-18 year old students and peers. Do You Believe we need More Character, Competent, Community connected Leaders in the world? Locally and globally? Then help us train the next generation!
