The Rock Wildlife Foundation and Sanctuary was created by Lauren Rock and Bonnita Muller. In March 2022 they acquired 40,000 hectares of land on the Salambala Conservancy.
Our mission includes:
-Care and well-being of all domestic, farm, and wildlife animals.
-Rescue, rehabilitation, and release of animals.
-Provide sanctuary and a permanent home for compromised animals
-Spay/neuter program to control the overpopulation of domestic animals. -parasite prevention and herd health checks to ensure the safety of Namibian livestock.
-Namibian wildlife maintenance and create an ecological impact.
-Conservation, management, restoration, and expansion of Namibia.
-Educate/provide opportunities for guests, volunteers, students, technicians, and veterinarians.
-Provide employment opportunities for locals and internationals. -teach proper farming and agriculture to towns and villages.
-Anti-poaching team to provide security for the country's wildlife safety. -adoption center to provide homes to healthy animals.
We are currently looking for donations and support to help us and our animals.

Lauren Rock is the OwnerFounderDirector of the Rock Wildlife Foundation and Sanctuary. She is originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada, and moved to Las Vegas, NV, USA in 2017. Lauren spends half her year in the USA working at a Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Hospital as a Licensed Veterinary Technician. The other half is spent at her sanctuary in Namibia. She owns this sanctuary with her friend Bonnita Muller, who is originally from South Africa, and spends most months working on the sanctuary between both the USA and Namibia.
