Alabaster Advocacy Group was founded to help individuals and families find abuse and trauma relief assistance. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we partner with local support groups, other non-profit organizations, business entities, and public agencies to help support and connect abuse victims, survivors, and their families with essential services for counseling, alternative housing, and transition resources.
We are passionate about our pursuit in acting on behalf of abuse victims and helping survivors find resources; as well as those who do not have the capacity to speak or act for themselves. We need your financial support to ensure those who are escaping domestic violence are able to transition into a more meaningful life and that they have the resources needed to start their lives over in a safe environment.
We encounter women with children who are leaving abusive relationships with no more than the clothes on their backs. They are literally starting over with nowhere to go, no money, no food, no clothes, or items required for fundamental survival, like soap, toothbrushes, and other personal items.
We thank you in advance for your donation and consideration. Please visit our website to learn more about our mission and quest to serve our community.
We are a ministry that promotes health, healing, and personal empowerment. Our goal is to encourage others to live their best life and pursue freedom and peace of mind.
Abuse of others is a crime and we advocate for victims of domestic abuse, child abuse, elder abuse, intimate partner violence (IPV), and financial abuse.
Identifying and engaging the challenges of abuse and neglect today requires problem-solvers who bring varying perspectives, a solid knowledge-base, and those who are willing to take risks in making positive change and empowering others. Alabaster Advocacy Group emerged out of a pursuit to inspire, empower, and support those in the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words. We are an organization driven by innovative ideas, bold actions, and a strong foundation of support for those in need of assistance and resources for ending the cycle of abuse.
Abuse can be visible or invisible. Often times we choose to ignore abuse when it is evident. Whether it is out of fear or apathy that we do not respond, there can no longer be silence around this issue. AAG is committed to helping people who want a pathway to freedom.
