Donalsonville, Bainbridge, Colquitt, Blakely, Iron City, and surround areas in Georgia were completely ravaged by Hurricane Michael.  In fact, the Director of the EMA described Donalsonville, GA, as "a war zone" because the carnage of buildings and infrastructure is said to remember the explosion of a bomb.

Hundreds of families are displaced due to damage and destruction of their homes.  Entire counties are without power and even days after the storm, there are people who were unable to get out of their communities and homes.

Emergency crews are working around the clock to restore power grids but the best estimates of a full restoration of power is weeks to months.  This means even the homes that have power are unable to get adequate supplies as stores remain closed and supply trucks have limited access to restock.  Also, many people's jobs sustained significant damage and have been unable to reopen.

Eventually, long term recovery will happen.  But it won't be swift.  Until then, it  communities must ban together to help their neighbors.  And each person should do what is within his or her individual power to help the families that need it most.

100% of all the funds donated will be used to help families directly affected by the storm.  We will buy water, food, generators, diapers, baby formula, clothes, cots, and any other supplies that are necessary to make this difficult time easier for families.   Also, we will update our Facebook page with photos to document the goods delivered so that you see how your donations are impacting the community.

We have trucks with drivers who have committed to transporting supplies to all communities we want to reach which include: Donalsonville, Bainbridge, Colquitt, Iron City, Blakely and any surrounding areas.  Donalsonville, Bainbridge, Colquitt, Blakely, Iron City, and surrounding areas.

We may not be able to provide everyone with what they need, but we will do everything we can to make a difference.   Please partner with us to make a difference in the lives of these families!

Very Respectfully,
