Chiamaka Onyemelukwe is a volunteer with AfroComicCon, a program of Oakland Technology and Education Center. After attending the 2017 event, she was excited and inspired by the organization mission to create a space for marginalized communities to express themselves creatively. She is dedicated to helping the organization achieve its goal.
