I'm asking for money to pay for the fees to become a nonprofit so that I can write grants for my own organization. If my business is already funded I won't have to charge those nonprofits that do not have the money available yet I will still be able to help them.

I am currently working with the organizers of two nonprofits serving the homeless, meeting with them and other organizations to plan future services and programs such as showers, meals, a recovery program for male offenders, day programs, overnight accommodations and a homeless prevention program.
