R4R will be utilizing funds and resources to elevate and educate your communities. A significant portion of the funds goes directly into 4 local nonprofit organizations in your community, focused in 3 key areas: literacy tutoring, vocational training, and minority leadership development, with the fourth nonprofit being specific to the needs of your community. Another significant portion of funds will be used to provide these partner nonprofits with the high quality resources that are needed to educate community members in the space of racial reconciliation, including: hosted events, well-renowned speakers, recommended literature on different topics, and podcasts to discuss issues and improvements in the world.  At this point, R4R is operating with next to no money other than the personal pockets of our leaders and donors. We are initiating this fundraising effort to help create traction and give our organization the tools necessary to create a lasting movement in this country. Please donate if you feel a connection to R4R's vision!

A movement is starting, and we want you to hop on board! Racial inequities and injustices have gotten humanity to a place that can only be addressed through an adequate view of racial understanding and healing. R4R will be hosting races across the country to bring this movement into the spotlight.
