In North Carolina alone there are $15,200 children under 17 with epilepsy.
(https://www.cdc.gov/epilepsy/data/index.html) School nurses are only at a school half a day. Teachers need seizure first aid.

Roxane and I met through a nonprofit physician, my neurologist. We both want to spread epilepsy awareness. She lives in a different county than I, so this is what started the spread of counties joining our group. Roxanne was voted in as our secretary, taking care of the website,online meeting,etc
