He was the sprint coach at Lanphier for 15 seasons. During his tenure, the sprinters set school records in the 100 meters, 200 meters, 400 meters, 300 intermediate hurdles, 4x100 relay, and 4x200 relay. The team also had multiple state champions and set a state record in the indoor 4x200 relay.Coach Jon arrived in Minneapolis in 2008 and started training athletes with Coach Up.
