Boca Raton-based website gets donations directly in the hands of Ukrainian refugees
BOCA RATON, Fla. (WPEC) — A Boca Raton woman has paired up with a nonprofit in Eastern Europe so that American dollars can go directly to the Ukrainians working on surviving and starting over.
