We will plant multiple Fruit Orchards in the urban core. Appx. Cost: $75,000 each. Orchards will consist of six varieties of fruit trees as well as grapes and strawberries. Fruits is free to the public.

Richard Elbert, Executive Director of Kansas City Charity Services is deeply committed to Community Improvement and Development. As Executive Director, Mr. Elbert has directed the renovation of many abandoned, unsightly houses and facilitated the redevelopment of many vacant lots within the urban core. His efforts have been instrumental in the development of community gardens, childrens playgrounds and Community Orchards. His passion is Community Development and his ability to finish projects is the nature of Kansas City Charity Services.
