The Jordan's Way Foundation was established to honor the life of Jordan Austin Ferrante Gennaro, who died at 17 years old because of a tragic ATV accident. Jordan had a unique gift for making things that were important to others, important to himself. He once said his purpose in life was "to help others feel good about themselves."

From the pain of losing Jordan came a vision to help other teens develop the purpose-focused mindset that Jordan had. We can help them early on in their lives when teens are struggling the most. Carl Ferrante Gennaro, Jordan's Dad, has turned that into his personal mission, and created the foundation to further and support that goal.

Through the Jordan's Way Academy 4-Core program, teens will discover the amazing potential that is within each of them. We all have our own unique strengths that created in us to support our purpose. We want to give each person the tools to work through their pain and discover their greatest strengths. It is only when we embrace vulnerability we give way to growth, that we can discover who we're truly meant to be and how to use the unique gifts each of us brings to the world.

Our goal through Jordan's Way Academy is to inspire schools, communities, and churches to come together in support of today's youth. Together, we will teach teens to understand and grow through their pains and life experiences. Using those experiences to connect with others. Then combining their natural strengths and talents to help others not to react to life's trials but respond toward their purpose.

Thru our 4 Step Program, teens will discover the amazing potential that is within each of them. We all have our own unique strengths that created in us to support our purpose. We want to give each person the tools to work through their pain and discover their greatest strengths.

Jordan's Way 2022

Carl Gennaro, on behalf of

The Jordan's Way Foundation

This donation will help us get our workbooks to the printers. As we have grown and successfully graduated our first set of youth from the program we have expanded and improved our curriculum.

Carl Gennaro

In 2017 Carl lost his son Jordan, in a tragic accident. Jordan was active friendly and had the uncanny ability to help other youth express their hardships aloud and work through them. Jordans Way was created to continue that work. The Foundation helps youth struggling with daily life struggles find their purpose and passion and work through the pain they maybe feeling. Carl is a father figure to the youth in the program. A mentor to those who are seeking guidance and an ear to listen.
