Holt Street Miracle offers temporary housing for individuals with personalized case management including direct referrals for mental health, (Traumatic Brain Injuries & PTSD),  onsite drug and alcohol counseling, 12-step faith based recovery groups, peer support and job readiness.  HSMC currently has six housing complexes with a 35 bed capacity, 24 hour supervision, onsite administrative office, a fully staffed kitchen providing daily meals, laundry facilities, clothing donation site,  and voter registration.

The number of homeless veterans who are suffering with mental health issues and/or substance abuse disorder are at a staggering high due to the Corona Virus Pandemic.  Thus,  HSMC is looking to quickly  expand services and housing availability.  Our goal is to open additional housing complexes to increase the number bed open for more homeless clients.  With the grant money/donations  we are requesting, it will make a meaningful difference in the lives of so many homeless veterans struggling with addiction and mental health issues.  Any donation received will be used towards renovating, furnishing (beds, furniture, appliance, security system etc.) additional houses, food,  and utilities required for operation.

HSMC currently has recognized accreditation with the Dayton Veterans Administration and Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board of Montgomery County.
