Gifts to Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County are used within our very large service area supporting the needs of local families. As a local, nonprofit, community-based organization, we are committed to honoring the wishes of donors who want to make a difference in their community.

This agency has been in the community since 1989 operating. Everyone is unique. No one's journey at the end of life or during a serious illness can be compared to another's experience. That is why our services are so comprehensive and our programs are so diverse. Our commitment to our patients and families has never wavered.

Ask any of our patients, and they’ll likely tell you the volunteers who visit them touch their hearts. They look forward to the visits and the compassionate caring volunteers bring. Our volunteers are an important part of the team, helping improve the quality of life for our patients, their families and their caregivers.

With the current struggles that we face, we want to still offer our services, and build upon the programs that we have, as we see an increase of these. Please consider supporting our great organization.

Jason Gayne, Campaign Organizer on behalf of

Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County, Inc

One more day to laugh, talk, love, sing, share, pray… live. Hospice Care is an active member of the community and has served thousands of patients over the years. Being a non-profit organization 501(c)(3), we rely on fundraisers and contributions to ensure that care is available to all who need it.

Jason Gayne

Jason is the Executive Director of Hospice Volunteers of Somerset County (HVSC). He says that the organization is much more then just hospice care, but the mission is to provide support and compassion for those we serve.
