We assist clients who need a place to stay after coming out of the hospital or nursing home. The transitional home will ensure all bills are paid for clients. They will get three meals a day, laundry services, medication management, and toiletries. We are raising funds to be able to provide these items for the clients who are coming from the hospital and do not have any income in. We appreciate your online contributions.
We are also hosting an in-person toy drive In December.

A child needs your love! Love is sharing! Think of the happiest moments of love- moments with children at Christmas time and you realize that giving stands out. Hart to Home Texas is hosting a Christmas toy drive for destitute children who were not able to experience the joy of Christmas in the years 2019 and 2022 due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are a charitable organization under Internal Revenue Service code section 501 (c ) (3). Our mission is to give hope to the hopeless primarily homeless individuals and their children. We aim to break the pattern of impoverishment and hopelessness by providing temporary shelter and other basic needs.
On Monday, December 19, 2022, from 11:00am to 5:00pm, we will gather at Martin Luther King Center in Dallas, Texas to give toys to destitute children. Your help is needed. We are requesting donations. Toys for the children. Will you sponsor a child by providing a toy or toys for this cause? Your donation may have favorable tax benefits for you. We will be assisting client says calling from the hospital in needing a place to stay when they need a place to stay they do not have anything when you come at the hospital or nursing home
