Hi, my name is Justin and I am the founder of the Greater Minnesota Trauma Center in St. Peter, MN. Our board and I have been working diligently to bring much needed mental health services to rural Minnesota. For many people, waitlists to see a mental health provider are at least 6-9 months. People don’t stop struggling while they wait for their appointment. They continue to struggle every day, and we want to bridge that gap.

We recently launched GMNTC and are accepting new clients for therapy and various evaluations. We are so excited to start helping people and providing quality services. But just like there are so many barriers for people seeking services, there are significant barriers providers face when attempting to establish those services. That’s where you come in and can help make a significant impact!

GMNTC is a new business and many people might doubt our longevity in the community. However, I’m here to say GMNTC is committed to being a part of the community for generations. So we are asking for your help by donating so that we can secure a building that will be accessible to all people. In addition, your donation will go to ensure providers have the tools and resources to provide the best possible care for clients. Our promise to you is your donation will be used completely for making the Trauma Center what it was created to be, and not a single dollar will be pocketed for anything else! Additionally, we (members of our board, including myself) promise to run 20 miles between now and the end of the year to raise awareness for mental health!

If you’d like to know more about GMNTC, please reach out and ask questions! We’d be more than happy to discuss our plans for the future. I believed in this dream and it is finally becoming a reality. I hope you, too, will believe in it and help GMNTC to reach those struggling with mental health.
