Of  800,000 students left out, a large number originates from rural villages; and although the government is doing a lot, it is still too much for it. And that is why this initiative though small may go along way in developing  and equipping  these youth with necessary basic skills such as tailoring, carpentry,  motor mechanic, car driving skills, plumbing, welding,  business skills.

These skills will help them to generate their own income , and if necessary they  may  support themselves for advanced skills or education.
