Originally from Louisiana, Carldale Johnson joined IDEA Public Schools as a Principal and currently works at IDEA Innovation in Baton Rouge, La. Previously, Carldale served as an assistant principal and instructional coach in Manor Independent School District in Manor, Texas before moving back to his home state of Louisiana.Mr. Carldale Johnson is a passionate educational leader who believes in providing a safe, nurturing and inviting learning environment that promotes academic achievement for all students.
