We are looking to purchase a building at 3200 North Ave. in Milwaukee, WI. @ $75,000.00. This is a perfect location for our program and the best choice to invest in as a Safe haven for students after school and during breaks. CHESSBOX CORPORATION is the umbrella that covers our programs: CHESSBOX, CHESSBARZ & CHESSBALL.
We are in communication with the owner, who owns the building. We will need additional funding to rehab the facility, but we are looking to own it first.
