At current levels of funding, trips occur 1-2 times per year.
Although a number of churches and mission trips serve the rural poor in Jamaica, besides Creators of Hope, each trip represents a scant handful of families served.
Our vision is to dramatically increase the number of trips, bringing more volunteers to build more homes, to help more people.
The challenge is to raise more funds, and connect with more volunteers.

In the near future, our goal is to send multiple teams of 8 people each week, 2-3 months each winter.

At 2-3 teams a week each winter, that’s 256 people helping, versus 14 people going to Jamaica 1 or 2 times per year, which is what we’re able to do with our current level of funding.
250+ people can accomplish a whole lot more than 14.

The next step, after increasing our immediate impact, is to continue developing and working with on-the-ground sustainability projects.
We will eventually teach home recipients professional skills, in addition to farming.
And still stay true to the goal of putting roofs over the heads of the folks who need it.
Help us help more people.

Funds are used for materials for each home. Volunteers fund the trip themselves.
