A few weeks ago, we reached out to our community partners
asking for donations to support our Backpack for Kids program.
We are distributing five hundred School Backpacks to elementary
children in our local community
Backpacks are filled with school supplies, mittens, kids
mask, hand warmers, hand sanitizer, toothbrush w/ toothpaste, a one-inch,
three-ring binder, and a thumb drive for each child.
All donations are an investment in our future. Supporting elementary
school children now will have a long-term effect on our community and country.
The mission of the Grant Avenue Foundation:
Grant Avenue
Foundation is a community–based, nonprofit organization whose mission is to
promote academic excellence and provide sustained financial support to our
public schools by raising funds and uniting the community in support of
educational excellence.
Please join us in supporting these young children and giving
them the opportunity to succeed.
