Assistance For The Homeless

This Non Profit Corporation for Humanitarian Assistance has been created for the sole purpose of providing shelter for the homeless of Los Angeles. The corporation plans to build habitations for the homeless to get them off the streets. We plan to solicit unused buildings for this purpose.

Charles Martines

Mr. Martines is a retired National Director for Amtrak. Over the years, besides his corporate job, he has been involved in many humanitarian assistance projects such as feeding the homeless, building housing for the homeless and building orphanages for children in Central America and Jamaica.
